In short

We only collect what we need to sell you the tutorial and give you access. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and we never see your card details. We don't sell your data. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website and the Hyper‑Smooth Car Edits tutorial are run by UDIDIT - DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company no. 516480134, registered in Israel ("we", "us", "our"), under the brand madebydekel (@madebydekel). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy, except for data that Lemon Squeezy processes for its own purposes as Merchant of Record, which is covered by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy.

2. What we collect

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. To process your order and taxes, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and address details where required, and payment details. Your card and payment details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers. We never see or store them.

From Lemon Squeezy we receive order information: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the price, the date, and the order number.

When you contact us

If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive your message, your email address or Instagram handle, and anything else you choose to send.

When you visit the site

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.

3. How and why we use it

To deliver the Product and give you access, based on our contract with you.
To provide support and answer your messages, based on our contract with you and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
To send you important messages about your purchase, such as access details, updates to the Product or changes to our terms, based on our contract with you.
To prevent fraud, abuse and sharing of the Product, and to handle payment disputes and chargebacks, based on our legitimate interest in protecting our business.
To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest.
To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
To send marketing emails, only if you agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website currently doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. The Lemon Squeezy checkout may use cookies that are necessary to process your payment securely. These are covered by Lemon Squeezy's own policies.

If we add analytics or other tools in the future, we'll update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

Lemon Squeezy: payments, taxes, receipts and delivery of the Product.
Netlify: website hosting and file delivery.
Email providers: when we reply to your messages.
Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, when needed.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.

If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer data may be transferred as part of it, under the same protections.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may store and process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. When we or our providers transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Order information: for as long as you have access to the Product, and after that for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 7 years).
Support messages: for as long as needed to help you, and then for a reasonable period in case the issue comes up again.
Server logs: for a short period, as set by our hosting provider.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, and we use trusted providers for payments and hosting. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we'll notify you and the authorities where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, privacy laws in US states such as California, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, you may have the right to:

know what personal data we have about you and get a copy of it;
correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
ask us to delete your data;
object to or ask us to limit how we use your data;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll reply within the time the law requires. Some data, such as order records, may have to be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete it. We don't sell or "share" personal data for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

10. Children

The Product isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you're under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before buying. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Other websites

Our site links to other services, such as Instagram and Lemon Squeezy. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for how they handle your data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we'll let customers know by email.
